The outdoor firepit areas were a lovely touch!

I was disappointed to find that I had to ask for housekeeping . It felt awkward to have to request basic necessities like clean towels, which should have been provided automatically. The lack of attention to these details really detracted from my overall enjoyment.

Tory was really good, helping us secure a room at 3 AM! The breakfast was fantastic, and the atmosphere good.

The hotel was modern and absolutely fantastic and the staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING. I was upgraded to an impeccable a double room. Great location of the property in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's right by downtown Petoskey as well as restaurants.

The evening firepit gatherings created a cozy atmosphere, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home during our stay.

Fine, fine, fine

The views from our room were amazing, showcasing the serene valley every morning. I adored the spacious common areas, perfect for cozy gatherings or a quiet read. And let's not forget the outdoor firepit areas, they were ideal for evening relaxation under the stars!

The room was nice, but needing to ask for housekeeping was just plain embarrassing. A trash can overflowing is not exactly the 5-star experience I imagined. And to make matters worse, where was my complimentary snack upon arrival? I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't let these things slide.

The laid-back vibe and cute guests, with fine views of the valley every morning. This stay exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit to petoskey, and i'll definitely return.

Housekeeping was inconsistent .

The lobby's spaciousness and beautiful decor made it inviting, while the private sitting areas outdoors provided a peaceful spot for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to all amenities.

More kid-friendly breakfast options would be nice.

It's close to Nub's Nob Ski Area and just a short drive to Odawa Casino. The indoor pool was a hit after a day out. The staff were super chill and made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend checking out Mackinaw Trail Winery while you're in the area!
